The Standards Behind the Quote
How much does a bartender for hire cost?+
Pricing scales with guest count and hours of service. A four-hour event for 85 guests with two Mixologists is $500, including full setup and breakdown. Use the instant quote above for your exact figure.
How many bartenders do I need for my event?+
We staff one Mixologist per 50 guests so no one waits at the bar. An 85-guest event gets two Mixologists; a 200-guest gala gets four.
Is setup and breakdown included?+
Yes. Your Mixologists arrive at least 30 minutes early to set the bar and stay at least 30 minutes after last call to break down and clean. That time is built into every quote — there are no surprise labor add-ons.
Is there a charge for the LED bar or Cooler?+
No. Our professional LED bar and Cooler are included with every event at no extra charge.
What is Concierge Service?+
For a flat $200, Majestic Maraschinos purchases all alcohol on your behalf, reimbursed prior to the event. You approve the list; we handle the store runs, hauling, and chilling.
Who buys the alcohol?+
You can purchase it yourself with our itemized shopping list, or add Concierge Service and we purchase it for you. Either way, every quote includes licensed, insured Mixologists, tools, garnish, and craft ice program.
Is this quote final?+
It is an instant estimate built on our standard rates. Your written proposal confirms final pricing, and your date is locked once your $150 deposit is received.
